Mark is our numbers guy and the resident people person. With his background in management and an MBA, he's always making sure that Kodiak clients get the best bang for their buck and a high ROI. His calm, matter-of-fact attitude and attention to detail make him a great property manager. Mark lives in Layton with his wife and three children.
Owner & Property Owner
Brandon is our technology & risk management guy. He and his wife have owned rentals for years and have been managing properties for well over a decade. With an MBA and a background in cybersecurity & risk management, he's constantly working to ensure that Kodiak clients minimize their risks. Brandon lives in Kaysville with his wife & two children.
Property Management Assistant
Ali plays a multifaceted role, managing and expedite various requests, tickets, and inquiries initiated by our tenants and clients. With a steadfast commitment to efficiency and excellence, Ali ensures that each of these matters is promptly assessed and addressed. Her tenure with us began in 2023 and she's quickly become an invaluable part of our team.
Among other things, Brittany interfaces with tenants, owners, and our local vendors to ensure that maintenance needs are addressed in an efficient manner. She helps to make sure that the various projects are all moving forward smoothly and that our valued clients, tenants, and vendors are well taken care of. Brittany has been with Kodiak since 2021.
Whitney plays a vital role in ensuring residents experience a smooth transition setting up their utilities. Her responsibilities include liaising with the utility providers and coordinating with homeowners' associations (HOAs). Since joining Kodiak in 2020, Whitney has helped to streamline tenant onboarding, ensuring our residents have the best experience with us.
Property Management Assistant
Pat plays a pivotal role in ensuring prospective tenants embark on a seamless journey towards finding the perfect rental. His extensive expertise & dedication shine through as he navigates various parts of the process. Pat handles inquiries, addresses questions, schedules property viewings, and oversees rental application processing. He joined our team in 2023.
