Toilet Clogs
If your toilet clogs, the first step is to turn off the water supply to prevent it from overflowing. You can usually find the shut-off valve near the base of the toilet. Next, try using a plunger to dislodge the clog.
If the plunger doesn't work, you can try using a plumbing snake to break up the blockage.
It's important to avoid using harsh chemicals, as they can damage your pipes and create other problems.
Sink / Shower Clogs
If your sink or shower clogs, the first step is to try using a plunger to clear the blockage. If the plunger doesn't work, you can try using a plumbing snake to break up the clog. Another option is to use a mixture of baking soda and vinegar to dissolve the clog.
Simply pour the baking soda down the drain, followed by the vinegar, and then cover the drain with a plug or cloth to let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes before flushing with hot water.
